Marine winches

The delivery program of the marine winches are specificly designed for ship devices like accomodation ladder, anchor, hose reels and transponder winches, and capstans. The specified winch types are indications of possibilities. The majority of the EMCE winches are tailor made and are appriorate to your specific application.

	AW/PW series: accommodation ladder winches AW winches are designed to position and hold accommodation ladders, ship to shore or between vessels and offshore installations.
	Wormgear capstans Selfbraking worm gear drives with electric, hydraulic or even pneumatic motor, available in on-deck or below-deck build types. The on-deck drive is equipped with a waterproof motor for intermittent use.
	Planetary capstans Featuring a cast iron capstan head mounted on a heavy duty planetary gearbox. The entire drive is mounted in a watertight tube frame providing optimal protection from the elements. Pneumatic drives are available upon request.
	W/P/PW series: windlasses This series of windlasses is specially designed for intensive use and therefore has a robust construction. Almost all windlasses are designed with a self braking gearbox which will save the costs of an expensive brake motor.
